Once again, business deadlines rush game developers to put out games when their not even finished. A majority of the time, this leads to potentially great games only being good.....
(anybody remember Fable 1?).
With Fable 2's case, the "only" thing that's missing right now is its supposed online co-op component. Its said that this feature of the game will be added via Xbox Live download shortly after the game's release. For more information, click here
Let's hope that game developers are not trying to keep quiet about any other features of the game that had to be cut out due to time constraints. I understand that from a business standpoint games need to come out in a timely manner, but as a consumer I'd rather wait for a great game than get a decent rushed game any day.

I agree with you on the waiting. But most consumers have their limits on playing the waiting game.
I also hope they wait and actually 'complete' the game before releasing it- because i do remember fable 1, so much potential but also a let down.
I think i'd rather wait and have an amazing game, than get a game now that could have been amazing. I understand that these companies are financially backed by people who could care less about the content as long as it sells x amount of copies, but as a true gamer it hurts my heart to see great concepts turn into garbage or sub par games (fable 1, Lair on PS3, Red Steel on Wii, far too many to list.....)
